10+ years of experience in the media segment with at least 5 years in a PreSales/Solution Specialist role 

Job Overview: 

We are looking for a seasoned PreSales Lead with extensive experience in the media segment, either from a large SI, media house, or media tech platform. The ideal candidate will have a solid engineering background and will be responsible for defining solutions, assisting in sales pitches, and managing the transition from sales to delivery teams.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to stay updated on media trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
  • Offer Definition & Management: Define and manage solution offerings tailored to the media segment, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
  • Solution Architecture: Design and deliver comprehensive solution architectures to meet customer needs, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and performance.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to deliver compelling sales pitches, highlighting the technical and business value of proposed solutions.
  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present detailed client proposals, ensuring that all technical, operational, and financial aspects are clearly communicated.
  • Contract Closure: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring alignment between the customer’s requirements and the company’s deliverables.
  • Client Onboarding & Handover: Manage smooth client onboarding processes and ensure a seamless handover to the Delivery/Customer Success Management (CSM) team.

Requirements:

  • Engineering Background: A strong foundation in engineering or equivalent experience, with an ability to understand and design complex technical solutions.
  • Industry Experience: Around 10 years of experience in the media segment, gained from working with a large SI, media house, or media tech platform.
  • PreSales Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a PreSales or Solution Specialist role, with a proven track record of successful sales support and solution design.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about client needs and propose innovative solutions.
